At Newgate World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home décor purchase. If your new clock or watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the product in its original branded packaging and secure it within a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
